A Quick & Nutritious Breakfast

I’m a big believer in breakfast. When I eat something healthy in the morning, it sets the tone for my day. Knowing I’ve made a good decision for my health sets into motion a positive mindset for the day. And simply because I’m not hungry, it reduces the chance I’ll give into food cravings or impromptu junk food indulgences.
