Sunningdale Mills, located in London, Ontario and a division of a family owned business, uses the dry sprouting process for our grains and seed products that are blended locally in Southern Ontario.
We bring to the market a plant based, vegan friendly, clean label, all organic sprouted whole grain line up with health benefits, as the sprouting process unlocks the benefits of the whole grain. All of our sprouted grain products are higher in protein and fibre, have less lectins and increased antioxidants, are easier to digest, with more vitamins B and C and allow the body to better absorb minerals. Studies have shown that adding sprouted whole grains to your diet can possibly help control some health issues such as diabetes, cholesterol levels and blood pressure. All of sprouted grains and blends can easily be assimilated into many favourite recipes, improving the flavour and nutritional content of our meals!
