Crunchy Trail Mix with Organic Sprouted Grains – Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Today is Day 2 of Sunningdale Mills Organic Week feature recipes, and we have a timely treat for those of us enjoying an early start to the fall season by adding a bit of pumpkin to what we eat! Our Crunchy Trail Mix Cereal with Organic Sprouted Grains is a carefully chosen blend of Organic Rolled Oats, Organic Sprouted Buckwheat, Organic Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, Organic Brown Flax, Organic Chia, Organic Pumpkin Seeds and Organic Cinnamon….NOW with those last two ingredients, how could you NOT add pumpkin and spices to start your day with a great Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats! Try this easy recipe and have your pumpkin and eat it too! Ingredients

1/2 cup Crunchy Trail Mix Cereal with Organic Sprouted Grains

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1/3 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

2 tsp. maple syrup

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a jar or container with tight fitting lid.

Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours

When ready to eat, open, add your own toppings, and even heat it up, it is like warm pumpkin pie for breakfast!
