Crunchy Trail Mix

Crunchy Trail Mix with Organic Sprouted Grains is a quick and easy cereal that you can prepare in one minute in your microwave for a quick and easy breakfast that starts your day right.

When you are looking for an overnight oats option, today’s recipe is adapted from Oh She Glows Vegan Overnight Oats! And its not just for breakfast, there was enough to last for lunch too!

Prep Time: 5 mins

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

1 banana – mashed

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup almond milk – vanilla flavour

2 tablespoons maple syrup

½ (full and rounded) cup of Crunchy Trail mix

(That has the following ingredients)

  • Organic Rolled Oats

  • Organic Sprouted Buckwheat

  • Organic Sprouted Sunflower seeds

  • Organic Brown Flax

  • Organic Chia

  • Organic Pumpkin seeds

  • Organic cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mash the banana till smooth, and then whisk in almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup

  2. Spoon into a jar with tight fitting lid. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight

  3. When ready to eat, stir the mixture to combine, then add your favourite fruit or toppings and enjoy.
