To live a healthy, active and positive lifestyle everyone’s body needs energy to keep going. There is nothing harder than trying to be active when you're tired, lazy or the “I’ll start tomorrow” excuse. Finding the energy to stay motivated can often be difficult, over priced and full of sugar. Finding the correct energy source is crucial when living a fit lifestyle. As Evolving Wellness states :
